Kimberly Williams-Paisley opens up about her late mother’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis

In 2006, Kimberly Williams-Paisley's 62-year-old mother got a diagnosis: a frontal temporal lobe disorder called primary progressive aphasia. “We didn’t know it was officially Alzheimer’s until after she passed away,” Williams-Paisley tells Yahoo Lifestyle. “There’s no way to definitively diagnose Alzheimer’s until after death.”
